Delivery area and cost

Medixa delivers across Pakistan. Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

Order processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared before dispatch. Processing may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods, severe weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time depends on the destination and courier network. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Remote locations may require additional time.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active telephone number at checkout. Medixa is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or appears to be missing an item, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and photographs of the parcel and products.
